About the 2U Simply Double ASG-2015S-E1CR24L-01-G2
The Supermicro ASG-2015S-E1CR24L-01-G2 is a pre-configured Gold Series Storage A+ Server, recommended by Supermicro for Big Data Analytics/Content Repository. It ships with 1× AMD EPYC 9334 (32C/2.7GHz), 512GB DDR5-4800 of memory and 24× 22TB 3.5" SAS3 HDD, 1× 960GB 2.5" SATA SSD, with networking (1× dual 100GbE QSFP28) already installed.
It is built on the Storage A+ Server platform: 2U front/top-loading storage server with 24 hot-swap 3.5" SAS/SATA bays and PCIe 5.0. Gold Series systems are Supermicro's best-selling configurations: every component is installed and tested before shipping, and in most cases the system leaves Supermicro's warehouse within a few days, ready to rack and power on.
